Engineering - SDL Mobile - Service Requests

1. From the Engineering module in SDL Mobile, Click New Service Request. 

   

2. Enter a Location. 

   

3. Select a Repair Type, change the Assigned To if necessary, add Instructions, select an Action By Date, then Click Save. 

   

4. If Open Service Request on Save was checked on the previous screen, the Service Request will open. 

   

5. Enter any necessary Information. 

   

6. Remember to scroll down to view the remainder of the Details section. 

   

7. Photos can be added in the PHOTOS section. 

   

8. Time can be tracked in the TIME section. 

   

9. Materials can be added in the MAT section. Click the "Plus". 

   

10. Then select a Material. 

    

11. Equipment can be added the same way as Materials. 

    

12. When complete, Click Save. 

    

13. Existing Service Requests can be opened from the home screen. 

    

14. Additional Options can be found by Clicking the 3 dots at the top-right of the screen.
