Engineering - Projects

  1. A new Engineering Project can be created from the Tasks menu, or by Clicking New in the Engineering Project data grid.  

  2. The Applicant tab is used to link an Engineering Project to a Block/Lot on the parcel map, and for information on the Work Site Location, and Owner/Applicant Information. 

  3. The Project tab is used to track Information on the Project, such as the Project Number, Name, etc... 

  4. If a GeoClient Project exists it can be linked to the Engineering Project by Clicking Link GC Project.

  5. Prior Approvals and Checklists can be added in the Approvals tab. 

  6. Engineering Reviews can be added in the Reviews tab. 

  7. The following form types can be added in the Reviews tab: Generic Review, Grading and Clearing Permit, Service Request, Elevation Certificate, Inspection, and Road Opening. 

  8. Notes and User Defined Fields can be added in the Notes tab. User Defined Fields are used to enter additional information collected by the municipality that does not have a proper field inside the Project.

  9. The Closure tab is used to track the Closure of the Project, as well as associated Escrow Accounts. 

  10. Attachments and User Defined Reports are tracked in the Related tab.
