Engineering - Permits - Road Opening

From the Engineering module, Click Tasks, then Road Opening. 

Choose Use Template or Use Blank then Click OK. 

Once the form opens, switch back to the Map and Click Options then Select X Y. 

Click a spot on the map that corresponds with the Start Location. 

Click Load Current X Y for the Start Location. 

Go back to the Map and Click a spot that corresponds with the End Location.

Click Load Current X Y for the End Location. 

In the General tab, Click Get next Application Number and enter the remaining information. 

Associated Complaints can be Added or Attached in the Complaints tab. 

Contractor and Engineer Information can be added in the Contractor tab. 

Prior Approvals and Checklists can be added in the Approvals tab. 

Inspections and Service Requests can be added in the Inspections tab. 

User Defined Fields and notes can be added in the Notes tab. 

Fees, Payments, and Escrow Accounts can be added in the Fees tab.  

Review Status, Review Completed Date, and Completed Comments can be added in the Closure tab. Note: If an Engineering Project exists, it can be linked to this Generic Review using the Link Project Button. 

Attachments, User Defined Reports, and Group attachments can be added in the Related tab.
