Engineering - Generic Reviews

1. A new Generic Review can be created by Clicking Tasks, then Generic Review, or by clicking New from the ENG Generic Reviews data grid. 

2. A Template can be selected, or a Blank Generic Review can be created. Click OK. 

3. Enter the appropriate information in the Applicant tab. 

4. In the General tab, Click Get next Application Number and enter the remaining information. 

5. Associated Complaints can be Added or Attached in the Complaints tab. 

6. Contractor and Engineer Information can be added in the Contractor tab. 

7. Prior Approvals and Checklists can be added in the Approvals tab. 

8. Inspections and Service Requests can be added in the Inspections tab. 

9 User Defined Fields and notes can be added in the Notes tab. 

10. Fees, Payments, and Escrow Accounts can be added in the Fees tab.  

11. Review Status, Review Completed Date, and Completed Comments can be added in the Closure tab. Note: If an Engineering Project exists, it can be linked to this Generic Review using the Link Project Button. 

12. Attachments, User Defined Reports, and Group attachments can be added in the Related tab. 

13. Click OK to save and exit.
