Construction - Plan Review Process

9 STEPS

1. Plan Reviews can be accessed in the General tab of a Construction Application. 

   

2. Doubleclick to Edit the Plan Review. 

   

3. The General tab is used as a reference for those subcode officials without access to the Construction Application. The information displayed on the General tab is strictly for read only purposes.

   

4. The Plan Review tab is used to record basic information about the Plan Review, including Subcode Official, any required Plan Review Checklists and Comments.

   

5. The Dates tab is used to record all Plan Review submissions and records the result of the Plan Review.

   

6. The Professionals tab is used for displaying and recording Professional contact information.

   

7. The Action tab is used to record additional notes on the Plan Review, including Denial Reasons.

   

8. The Letters tab allows for increased flexibility in drafting your Plan Review Letters. Each letter is saved and can be viewed and printed at any time.

   

9. The Escrow tab allows for tracking any Escrow activity associated with this Plan Review.
