5 STEPS


1. The first step is to open any Permit.

2. Then click the Lock and Unlock the Permit button.

3. The description at the top of the Permit window will be red, indicating that the Permit is Locked.

4. While the Permit is Locked, information in the various tabs can be viewed, but not changed.

5. Clicking the Lock and Unlock the Permit button again will Unlock the Permit, allowing all information to be edited.
