Construction - Inspections Settings - Managing Construction Inspectors, Licenses & Inspector Availability

1. From the Construction Module, Click Tasks, then Manage Inspectors. 

2. The Manage Inspectors window will open, Click Add. 

3. Select a GeoClient User from the drop-down. Note: If the Inspector is not currently a GeoClient user, an account will need to be created. 

4. Enter the appropriate information in the User section. 

5. Select the Departments the Inspector can perform work in. 

6. Select the SubCodes the Inspector can perform Inspections on. 

7. Click the Blocked Times tab. 

8. In the following example, the Inspector is blocked from having Inspections scheduled on Saturday, Sunday, and Tuesday Morning. 

9. To block specific dates, Click Add. 

10. In the following example, April 20-24 is blocked for Vacation. 

11. Click OK to save your changes. 

12. Multiple Inspectors can also be blocked from having Inspections scheduled. Click Multi Blocked. 

13. In the following example, all Inspectors have been blocked from having Inspections scheduled on 12/25. Click OK to save. 

14. Then Click Yes to confirm. 

15. Finally, click OK to exit.
