Construction - Certificates - CCO Process

10 STEPS



1. From the Certificates (Certs) tab of a Construction Application, Click New in the UCC Certificates section. 







2. Select Certificate of Continuing Occupancy and Click OK







3. Enter the Issue Date, and if necessary the Expiration Date








4. Choose to have either the Agent or Contractor appear on the Certificate, or Click the checkbox for the Owner’s Name to appear on the Certificate. 









5. If applicable, enter in any Home Warranty Information.








6. By default, the Work Description and Additional Work Comments will appear on the Certificate. Remove the checkmarks if these items should not be added to the printed Certificate.







7. Depending on the Certificate type being issued, additional information may be entered using the options and fields provided.








8. Click Print to print the Certificate. 








9. Click OK to exit. 








10. Note: You may be prompted to Email a copy of the Permit to a third party.
