Code Enforcement- Property Registry - Processing/Issuing Portal Renewals

14 STEPS

1. Portal Renewals will appear on the home page of Code Enforcement. Navigate there to get started.
   
   
   

   

2. They will appear under the Online Renewals section.

3. Click the tracking number to open the Property Registry renewal.

4. A summary of the applicant's renewal information will open. You can see the changes by comparing the Original column to the Updated column. In this case, the location name changed from blank to "Test". 

5. In the Online Payment Information section, you can also see that a payment of $500 was submitted along with the renewal information.

6. To accept and process the changes and payment, click the Accept Selected Changes and Payment button. This will open up the application. 

7. When the application opens, click the Licenses tab.

8. Double-click the license that the request was for to open it.

9. Once the license is open, the payment will apply. You can issue the permit by checking the "Issued" button.

10. Next, select the Issue Date.  

11. Once issued, the license can be printed for the applicant by clicking the License button.

12. The License will appear. Click the Print button to print.

13. Now that the renewal is complete, click OK to save the license.

14. Finally, click OK on the Property Registry Application to save and exit.
