Code Enforcement - Reports - Statistic Reports

1. This guide will explain how to open and review the Code Enforcement statistics reports. First, we'll need to open the Reports side bar, we can do this by clicking the Reports button. 

   

2. Click Statistic Reports.

   

3. Enter a From and To date, this will provide the date range for the report. 

   

4. You can use these hyperlink buttons to quickly fill in the From and To dates with the listed date range.

   

5. From the drop down, select the report you want to view. In this example we will be reviewing the Department Metrics report. 

   

6. Click Create to open the report.

   

7. The report has now been generated. Here we can review how many Complaints, Inspections, Violations etc. were issued or created in the provided date range and compare this to the entire year, last year, and the same date range one year prior. 

   

8. Finally, you can Print or Export the report using these buttons. The export option saves a copy of this report to your local computer as a PDF file. 

   

9. The process is now complete. Click the red X to close the report.
