Code Enforcement - Property Registry Overview

25 STEPS

1. Navigate to the Property Registry data grid

2. Click New to create a new Property Registry

3. Search for the property or manually enter the address information

4. Add your Location Name and either select an App Type from the dropdown, or click the plus sign next to App Type to create a new App Type or edit existing types. The same applies for Status and Prop Type.

5. After clicking the plus sign, click Add to create a new App Type or edit to make changes to an existing type.

6. Fill out the app type details and add the appropriate fee items for the application. Click OK when you are done.

7. The new type is added to the list. Click the X to close this window.

8. You can now select your new App Type from the dropdown

9. Click yes to add the fee items set in the app type to your property registry

11. Add any additional contact information for the owner, manager, agent, or lender from the Contacts tab.

12. You can add additional contact info and Conditions/Notes in the Contacts 2 tab.

13. More notes can be added in the Notes tab by typing in the New Notes box and clicking Add to add the new note to the Master Notes.

14. From the Licenses tab, add a new license by clicking Add

15. When you check the issued box, you will be prompted to issue the next license number.

16. Click License to view/print the license.

18. Once the license is created, it will appear here regardless of whether it has been issued or not.

19. You can fill out additional information about the property and realtor from the Plan tab.

20. You can add other legal information from the Legal tab.

21. You can add or link inspections and add violations to the registry from the Inspections tab.

23. You can create new or link existing complaints from the Complaints tab.

24. From the Related tab, you can link the registry to an existing code enforcement property.

25. That's it. You're done.
