Assessor - Reports - 200ft Offset Report

1. First, click the Map Search button.

   

2. Type in the location information and click Search Now.

   

3. Click the location under Search Results to select the location on the map.
   If this does not happen, there is a setting in the options to turn that function on. You also can click on the location to highlight. 

   

4. Once the parcel is selected, select the offset size in the drop down menu. For 200 feet, select 200 ft Offset. 

   

5. Click Go.

   

6. The list of locations will automatically generate and appear in the Tax Data data grid. Click the Map tab to go back to the map.

   

7. A blue line will appear around all of the properties that fall within 200 feet of the original location. To create a report click the Parcel Offset Report button.

   

8. To print the report, click Print. 

   

9. Once the report is created, click the red X to exit.
