Assessor - Inspections

This guide walks Assessor module users through creating an Assessor Inspection in SDL Desktop. It's useful for anyone who needs to schedule or record a property assessment inspection tied to a specific parcel.

  1. From the Assessor module, an Assessor Inspection can be created by Clicking New in the Inspections data grid, or by Clicking Inspection in the Tasks menu. 

  2. In the General tab, enter a Block/Lot and Click Link. This will fill in the Owner Information and Worksite Location. Applicant Information (Contact) can be manually entered. 

  3. In the Inspection tab, enter the information for the Inspection, any Associated Permit Information, and Comments. The Inspection can also be linked to an existing GeoClient Project. 

  4. Any associated Attachments can be added in the Related tab. 

  5. Click OK to exit.
