2022-02-15 Update - SDL Portal

 

Below is a list of the latest additions, fixes and enhancements to the SDL Portal.

New Features

  • Grading Web Request - New request
  • Property Claim request - UI updated and custom fields added
  • Responsible Agent request - UI update and custom fields, forms, and SDL forms added
  • OPRA pages - Added town setting to include assignment attachments when permissions apply
  • Permit Request - User can now add a contractor manually or choose from state or account list
  • Complaint Requests - Added an option to hide the department list filter 
  • Mercantile request -
    • Added option to include an upload step on renewals for a template
    • Added option to customize renewal instructions for a template
  • Property Registration request - Added forms, SDLForms, and custom fields
  • Property Page - Added Historic District to the header

Bug Fixes

  • Request Custom Fields - "?" and "/" symbols were causing errors when used in labels. Characters are removed on saving request data.
  • Complaint request - A blank custom description display was causing default text not to display. This has been fixed.
  • Requests - For optional file uploads, the UI file count in the submit step was not updating until the user submitted a request. This has been fixed.
  • Complaint request - Location options without any option selected was not displaying correctly in the UI
  • Town Admin Requests - Max custom field template issue resolved
  • Parking Permit - Anonymous same as user checkbox is now working

Misc. Changes Improvements

  • Improved search functionality and search results for Fire Upload and Fire Extension requests 
  • Fire Upload - A new template called ‘Fire Extinguisher’ was added
  • Parking Permit request - The fee table is no longer displayed when the yearly fee only applies
  • Parking Permit request - Insurance section now optional to display
  • Road Opening - Added curb & driveway work types 
  • OPRA request - Conviction question will now always display. It will be required when the user checks personal information request.
  • Request emails - Do not reply messaging added
  • Autocomplete in browser removed from request fields
  • Autocomplete in browser for town name on login page removed
