SDL Portal Update 

New Updates

  • Complaint Page - New page for citizens to view their complaints. This feature can be accessed via individual Complaint request pages, Complaint emails, and the new Complaints Search feature.

  • Complaint results and a link to the new Complaints page can be found on both the complaint request page and complaint emails.
  • Complaint search added to primary Search page.
  • Payment email - Custom comments can now be added in GeoClient, both on an individual basis and as defaults. These comments will appear on payment request emails.
  • Property Registration web request - updated user interface, renewal instructions, inline payments and signature collection.

Bug Fixes

  • Added Qualifier to Search page and results.
  • Fixed an issue with older version of the Safari browser.
  • Fixed an error with Web Request upload validation on some web requests.
  • Custom links can now be removed from the homepage.
  • Restricted characters that can no longer be entered on web requests.

Misc Changes and Improvements

  • Web Requests directory has a new look!portal update 3
  • Property Registration Web Request - Search for existing registry (renewal) has been updated.
  • Added force HTTPS on select top level URLs.
