SDL Desktop Pet Licensing Update 18.3.21

One of the main discussion points at the round table was the ability for users to better modify the renewal report. This last update includes the removal of the duplicate pet information located at the bottom of the renewal report. We used this space to expand the area designated for conditions.

We also added a conditions tab on the Pet Type Options that will allow you to paste in formatted text from a Word document. This allows for formatted text (bold, italic, colored, etc) to remain formatted in the report.

If you do not wish to use this, the current base text conditions in the renewal tab will be populated.

Also note, as requested by the state we have added names and links of animal cruelty documents provided by the state to the bottom of the report.

The new alternate report can be turned on in Pet Licensing options.

• Added - 2018 Renewal report for longer conditions
• Added - RTF Conditions for complex conditions
• Updated - New pets (pets with no current license) will not be charged a late fee
• Fixed - Issue with the donation fees added to the total fee on the payment report
