2020-05-01 Remote Inspection Updates

Updates - 5/7/20

1. Added more messaging when camera is not available. (no camera, permission not granted or another app like Zoom, Skype is using it already)

2. Inspector can now perform Supervised video inspection without a camera. Contractor will hear the inspector's voice but will not see the video feed

3. Checklists can now be added and edited from both the inspection and remote inspection windows

4. After inspection completion, inspection date/time/duration is filled in automatically

5. Added an Upload Plans button directly on the Permit window to make it plan upload more intuitive. You can still upload from File Manager however this new button will do the linking to Permit and Property automatically
