Why will my document not load?
There are multiple reasons that a document might not load. Here are some troubleshooting notes.
If a plan review or document will not load when submitting an application in Connect, check these things:
- How big is the plan? The limit for documents in a File Upload section is 25MB for file uploads, 2GB for plan uploads.
- If the document has punctuation such as an apostrophe in the title, it may not load. Rename it and try again.
