Why will my document not load?

There are multiple reasons that a document might not load.  Here are some troubleshooting notes.

If a plan review or document will not load when submitting an application in Connect, check these things:

  • How big is the plan?  The limit for documents in a File Upload section is 25MB for file uploads, 2GB for plan uploads.
  • If the document has punctuation such as an apostrophe in the title, it may not load.  Rename it and try again.
  • If you are trying to load a file on the staff side under the Attachments tab and it is too large, go to the Form Data tab and try to load under the Plan Review Upload or File Upload sections.
