Check to see which data grid you are in:
When you are in "all forms" or "all permits" data grid (shown above), the only columns that show are the ones that are core columns in all applications, such as name, status, tracking number, etc. Fields that are specific to an application will show when you are in that application's data grid only. Verify that you are in the the right data grid to see all columns.
