Fixed Issues
Form Validation For Quantity Selection
Fixed an issue where users could submit forms with fee items set to "User Selected Quantity" without entering a quantity amount, resulting in a $0 payment total and causing errors when redirected to the Municipay payment page.
Impact: This fix prevents users from encountering payment errors due to $0 totals when using forms with quantity-based fee items. The enhanced validation ensures all selected fee items have appropriate quantities entered, creating a smoother payment experience and reducing confusion for applicants.
Property Data with Null Values Now Displays Correctly in Connect
Fixed an issue where property data containing null values would fail to display in the Connect property datagrid, even though the same properties displayed correctly in SDL Portal.
Impact: Municipalities can now successfully import and view property data even when some attribute fields contain null values. This improvement ensures data consistency between Portal and Connect and prevents property records from being hidden or inaccessible due to incomplete attribute data from external GIS sources.
Plan Review - Filter Dropdowns Now Display User-Friendly Labels
Fixed an issue in Online Plan Review where filter dropdown menus were displaying internal numeric IDs instead of readable text labels, making it difficult for users to select the correct filter values.
Impact: Staff using Online Plan Review can now efficiently filter and find plan review items using clear, understandable filter options. This improvement streamlines the plan review workflow and reduces confusion when searching for specific review statuses, groups, or document types.
Plan Review - Manage Settings Now Accessible
Fixed an issue where the "Manage Settings" link in Online Plan Review was inaccessible.
What's fixed:
- The planreview.admin permission is now available in Connect Admin for assignment to custom roles
- Users with the planreview.admin permission can now access the Manage Settings page in Online Plan Review
Impact: Connect municipalities can now grant their staff members the ability to manage Online Plan Review settings without requiring SDL employee access. This enables administrators to properly configure and maintain their plan review workflows, assign reviewers to groups, and customize the plan review process to meet their specific needs.
Permits - Large Lists Now Load Successfully
Fixed an issue in SDL Connect where clicking "Load More" to view additional permits in datagrids with over 1000 records would cause the system to timeout and return no results, preventing users from accessing their complete permit data.
What's fixed:
- Datagrids with large lists of permits (1000+ records) now load additional rows successfully
- Users can now progressively load through large permit datasets without encountering errors
How it works:
- Open a permit datagrid that contains a large number of records
- Scroll to the bottom of the initial results
- Click the "More Rows Available" button
- Continue clicking to progressively load the full list

Impact: Municipalities with large permit lists can now access their complete permit history without encountering errors. This enables staff to search, filter, and review all permit records regardless of dataset size, ensuring comprehensive access to historical data and supporting thorough permit research and reporting.
Permits - Default Fee Configurations No Longer Inherited on Imported Permits
Fixed an issue where imported permits were incorrectly inheriting default fees configured in the form settings, causing fully paid historical permits to display outstanding balances after import.
Impact: Municipalities importing historical permit data will no longer see incorrect outstanding balances on fully paid permits. This fix prevents confusion for both staff and applicants when viewing imported permit records and ensures fee balances accurately reflect the original payment status.
Permits - Fees No Longer Double When Status Changes to Issued or Closed
Fixed an issue where fees added to permits manually or from the Fee Library were duplicated when the permit status was changed to "Issued" or "Closed", causing incorrect fee totals and duplicate fee line items.
Impact: This fix ensures accurate fee tracking and billing throughout the permit lifecycle. Staff and applicants will now see consistent, correct fee amounts regardless of permit status changes, preventing overcharging and confusion during the payment and permit issuance process.
