How to Create a Public Account for the SDL Connect Portal

For citizens, contractors, and more to sign in to the SDL Connect Portal, you will need to create a public account.  To do this, go to https://www.sdlportal.com/. 

Choose the "sign up" option and enter a few details - name, email, username, password - and select your primary town/municipality.  

Once set up, you will be able to submit applications, complaints or inspection requests depending on the town's settings.  Click on Requests to see all options.
