How do I filter a Connect report by multiple departments?

Use the All Permits or All Forms option in the data grid rather than the Reports menu — from there, filter as needed and export or print.

If you specifically need to use the Reports menu (which only supports one department at a time), the workaround is to run the report separately for each department and combine the exported CSV/Excel results manually.
