From a property page in Connect, choose the Map Offset option:
In the popup window, use the first dropdown to choose what distance you need.
The filename will have a default name. You can type over the placeholder if you would like to customize the file name.
Choose "generate list" to download the csv of addresses within the specified distance of the selected property.
