How do I configure a form to require a signature before submission?

Add a Signature element to the form in Form Designer:

1. Open the form in Form Designer.
2. Drag the Signature element from the left panel onto the form canvas.
3. The field captures a drawn signature from the applicant.

Only one signature per form is supported. If you need a second signature, use a file request workflow or a checkbox acknowledgment as a workaround.
