Can residents upload plans or documents as part of a portal request?

Forms can include: - File Upload field — general file upload, 25MB per file limit - Plan Upload field — specifically for permit plan submissions; links to Online Plan Review (OPR) - Photo Upload field — images only, displays inline

Additional limits to know: - Filenames with apostrophes or special punctuation will fail to upload — residents need to rename the file first. - .heic/.heif (Apple photo format) files upload but fail to render in reports — advise residents to use .jpg or .png instead. - For large plan files, the Form Data tab supports larger uploads than the standard 25MB field limit.
